Samantha Mohr was born on 13 September 1961 at Columbus, Georgia. Virgo represents her zodiac sign. Mohr has an American nationality, and she belongs to the American white of race. Mohr is a highly private individual who is able to reveal very little information on her past, including parents, siblings and her early the time of her childhood. Mohr graduated with a Bachelor of Science of Speech Pathology. Also, she has an audiology minor. Mohr was also a student at her time at the University of St. Thomas in Houston, Texas. Mohr completed her Bachelor of Arts in broadcast meteorology at the University of Georgia in the year 1989. Following the suggestion of another UGA pupil, Mohr started working in the glamorous field at 24. The crown was awarded to her Miss Columbus in 1985 after getting the crown and beating her competitors. The month of June, 1985 saw Miss Georgia was to be named after her. On June 22, she was also the winner of the tournament. Mohr was later selected to be a part of Georgia in her participation in the Miss America 1986 pageant in Atlantic City, New Jersey on September 15, 1985 in the wake of her win. Despite her victory Mohr did not finish within the Top 10 for the title of Miss America national.
